1. Booking & Confirmation
All services must be booked in advance and are subject to vehicle availability. Confirmation will be provided upon successful booking. The company reserves the right to refuse or reschedule bookings due to operational constraints.
2. Pickup & Timing
Guests must be ready at the designated pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. The company is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Vehicle Usage Hours: Transfer services are provided during non-peak hours only, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Services requested outside these hours may incur additional onsite charges.
4. Service Scope

Airport Transfers: Includes pickup/drop at airport or hotel as booked. Flight details must be provided; missed transfers due to flight delays are not the company’s responsibility.

4-Hour Vehicle on Disposal: Private vehicle with driver for 4 consecutive hours within Singapore city. Overtime will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
5. Passengers & Luggage
Services are valid for the number of passengers booked. Standard luggage is included. Extra passengers or luggage must be pre-approved and may incur additional charges.
6. Cancellations & Modifications
All cancellations or changes must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to service. Late cancellations, amendments, or no-shows may incur full service charges.
7. Driver Authority & Safety
Drivers may refuse service in cases of unsafe conditions, unruly behavior, or violation of laws. Guests must comply with traffic rules and driver instructions.
8. Liability & Indemnity
The company is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during the service. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any claims arising from misuse of the vehicle or violation of laws.
9. Third-Party Charges
Any additional fees (parking, tolls, attraction entry) are the responsibility of the guest. The company is not liable for third-party services.
10. Force Majeure
The company shall not be liable for service delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, traffic incidents, or government restrictions.
