Terms & Conditions:
Inclusions: One-way transfer between confirmed pick-up & drop-off within Singapore city.
Vehicle as booked, with driver & fuel.
Exclusions: Parking/tolls, extra stops, waiting time beyond limit unless pre-arranged.
Booking: Must be confirmed in advance with accurate details.
Waiting Time: 15 minutes free waiting. Extra charges apply beyond that.
No-Show: No refund for failure to show up within waiting period.
Amendments & Cancellations: Changes at least 48 hours prior. Cancellations less than 48 hours non-refundable.
Liability: No responsibility for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events. Company not liable for lost/damaged belongings.
Safety: No smoking/alcohol in vehicle. Seat belts compulsory. Driver may refuse service for inappropriate behavior.
Third-Party: If operated by third-party providers, company acts only as agent; liability rests with operator.
