Booking & Confirmation: All transfers must be booked in advance. Confirmation is subject to vehicle availability. The company reserves the right to refuse or reschedule bookings due to operational constraints.

Pickup & Timing: Guests must be ready at the designated pickup location at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. The company will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the schedule but shall not be held liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Flight Information: Accurate flight details must be provided at the time of booking. The company monitors flight schedules but is not responsible for missed transfers due to flight delays, cancellations, or early arrivals.

Passengers & Luggage: Transfers are valid only for the number of passengers booked. Standard luggage allowance applies; additional baggage or passengers must be pre-approved and may incur extra charges.

Vehicle Usage Hours: Transfer services are provided during non-peak hours only, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Services requested outside these hours may incur additional onsite charges.

Cancellations & Modifications: Cancellations or changes must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled transfer. Late cancellations, amendments, or no-shows may incur the full transfer charge.

Vehicle & Service: Vehicles are maintained to high safety and hygiene standards. Specific vehicle requests are subject to availability.

Liability & Indemnity: The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay of personal belongings, missed flights, or other indirect losses arising from the transfer. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any claims related to the service.

Third-Party Services: Transfers provided by third-party service providers are subject to the respective provider’s terms and conditions. The company acts as an intermediary and is not liable for services rendered by third parties.

Force Majeure: The company shall not be liable for delays or failure to provide service due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, traffic incidents, or government restrictions.
